Technical Description

The MVD/5 series safety solenoid valves are single-stage automatic shut-off valves that meet the requirements of EN 161 for gas burners and gas equipment.

- Reliable function, rugged and mainte nance-free

- On request, design without non-ferrous metals

Natural gas solenoid valve, normally when closed, fast opening, fast closing, manual limitation of flowing gas volume by adjusting main volume.

Setting the main flow

Precautions for installation

1. The valve installation unit shall have the corresponding qualification and install according to the relevant gas pipeline construction specifications.

2. The valve should be installed in the indoor after the total intake valve, so that maintenance.

3. Should be installed according to the air flow direction indicated by the valve body, the valve body coil shall not be inverted, allowing horizontal and vertical installation.

4. The solenoid valve control line should be correctly and reliably connected, the control line is polar: the white line is positive, the black line is negative, can not be connected.

5. When the pipe is purged, it is recommended that the solenoid valve be isolated to avoid damage to the valve sealing material by debris in the pipe.

6. Before the pipeline pressure test to detect the sealing performance, the solenoid valve should be opened.

7. When opening the valve manually, it should be operated when the pressure of the inlet and outlet of the valve is balanced.

8. When the electric valve is closed, avoid connecting the wrong power supply, such as: connecting the wrong polarity, adding the wrong voltage or powering for a long time, so as not to damage the electromagnetic coil.
