The crystal structure of hexagonal boron nitride is similar to the layered structure of graphite.It has low density,low hardness and low mechanical strength.Only by standard carbide tooling,it can be easily processed into complex shapes with tight tolerances. Boron nitride machinable ceramic is widely used in high temperature and insulation fields.
